VulnWatcher Functionality

The user can inform himself over a safe Web interface and make the administration of Vulnwatcher. In addition the definition of the IP addresses those which can be examined belongs of the IT systems, which examine mode (which types of weak points are examined, Windows, Linux, Portscans, all etc.) and the examine interval.

Different Vulnerability- and Port-scanner examine the systems at the defined time fully automatic and store the results in the data base.

Vulnwatcher compares the results with the preceding results and with the discovered new weak points. The user or the user group will be informed by email and/or SMS.

The complete Scan results can be viewed on-line as HTML or pdf document.

Graphic evaluations of all accomplished examinations or individual selected examinations after period, host or scan mode can be generated. These evaluations serve for to the simple analysis and documentation.
